Brokers license in California in 1989 and went on to develop his own commercial shopping center in Murrieta Hot Springs, California, near Riverside, California. As such, he oversaw all aspects of the development, including land acquisition, zoning changes and hearings, plan design, submissions and final approvals, short and long-term financing, construction, construction management, lease-up and tenant improvements. Since beginning his law practice, he has represented numerous clients before various administrative bodies and courts on zoning matters, land acquisition and development, contract creation and negotiation and complex litigation.
